Getting started

1. Install. Download the Windows installer and run it. It carries everything it needs; there is nothing else to install.

2. Pick a provider. The setup wizard offers Agent Cowork (a paid plan), AgentRouter (free to start), OpenRouter, or DeepSeek directly. Paste the matching key.

3. Choose a project. Open a folder. That is the agent's workspace: it reads, edits and runs commands there and nowhere else.

4. Ask. Describe the task. Watch it work. Files it produces open in the preview panel beside the conversation.

Skills. Drop a skill folder anywhere on the window to install it. Skills written for Claude Code work unchanged. The skills folder is under the app menu.

Media. ffmpeg, Whisper and yt-dlp are installed on first launch. Ask it to cut a video, transcribe a recording, or summarise a YouTube talk.

Any OpenAI-compatible client can use a paid key at https://api.agentcowork.net/v1.
